

Course information
A 3 hr course will typically include some of the following
- tempering (white milk and dark chocolate) – doing it yourself following a demo and explanation
- making your own truffle centres – alcoholic or not
- decorating mendiants (chocolate discs) with crystallised fruit nuts etc – when you can be as artisistic as you like
- decorate moulds and make some moulded chocolates
- dip truffles and other centres and decorate using transfer sheets and chocolate piping etc
- gift package your creations to take home
